Dr. Donna Sandford is a Licensed Clinical Psychologist with a doctorate from The Chicago School of Professional Psychology, earned in 2012. She has been licensed since 2015 and brings a wealth of experience working with children, adolescents, and adults across various settings, including schools, residential and intensive outpatient treatment centers, and community mental health clinics. Dr. Sandford specializes in psychoeducational assessments, including the evaluation of dyslexia and other learning differences, Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), and giftedness/twice exceptional profiles. She is also trained in addressing a wide range of emotional, behavioral, and developmental concerns, utilizing evidence-based interventions tailored to each client. Dr. Sandford is committed to providing a supportive and inclusive environment that respects neurodiversity and meets each individual’s unique needs. Her work is strengths-based, holistic, and collaborative, aiming to empower clients by helping them gain insight and navigate challenges with confidence. Outside of the office, Dr. Sandford enjoys walking her dogs, exploring new restaurants with her family, and hiking local trails.
